After my somewhat successful Homer Simpson last week, I decided to step up my game and try my hand at drawing (the fourth) Doctor Who and his companion, Romana. All told, I think they came out rather splendidly, don’t you? Oh, what’s that? You have no clue who Romana is, and only a vague idea of the Doctor himself? Yes, yes, he does look a bit more like a spindly poofy-haired fellow nowadays, but this was my Doctor. Not that I don’t think that Tennant has done brilliantly in the role, because I do. This was just how the Doctor was introduced to me, scarf and all.
Hrm. Perhaps I’ll stop nattering on to myself at this point, given that the whole lot of you are giving me that slight head-nod of, “Nice fellow. A bit daft, but if we continue giving him this slight head-nod, he should stop nattering to himself soon enough.” Right.
